Step Two: Simulation & Planning
On every project, Vaillant conducts a Solar Performance Simulation using advanced software, which integrates site-specific data and other variables, such as historic weather pattern records, to ensure superior performance of your system.
This data is used to develop a detailed hydraulic plan, which includes exact specifications for the installation. Variables include the number of panels, quantity and size of pumps, dimensions of heat exchangers, length and diameter of pipes, and much more.
Step Three: Installation
Based on the hydraulic plan, Vaillant technicians develop a bill of materials for the system. If required, we conduct a project installation pre-run in coordination with the contractor’s team. The team thoroughly reviews the system in its entirety and troubleshoots the installation process before the first component is installed.
Step Four: Inspection & Service
Once the installation is complete, Vaillant engineers conduct a thorough inspection. After a successful inspection, we set up a customized maintenance schedule to ensure efficient operation and responsive service for the life of the system.
